Absolute Home Health Care, Inc. conducts professional supervision regularly, following all laws, regulations, statutes, and accreditation standards in the patient’s home. Our registered nurses are the ones who usually conduct supervisory visits to check on the care rendered by our home health aides, companion attendants, homemakers, and other healthcare professionals.
Supervisory visits are necessary to:
- Determine the quality of care we deliver to our clients
- Assess the satisfaction with the services
- Check the effectiveness of the care we render
- Modify the plan of care when indicated
- Evaluate staff while providing direct patient care
